Living an Active Lifestyle with COPD

With perseverance and help from the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center to manage his COPD, Dennis Frazier is living life to the fullest. Almost two decades after his emphysema diagnosis, the longtime Pasadena resident is enjoying a hands-on, active lifestyle. When the former firefighter and retired teacher isn't traveling between his homes in Pasadena and Hoopers Island on the Eastern Shore, he fills his days with house projects, biking, kayaking, hiking, walking and fishing.
