Please take the opportunity to practice your assessment, communication and leadership skills under the guidance and direction of experienced instructors and preceptors.
Since opening our hospital on July 4, 1965, our extraordinary team of providers has cared for generations of families and countless members of our community. We have grown from the 107-bed North Arundel Hospital to a comprehensive and regional medical center with over 300 beds.
Today, the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center not only provides outstanding inpatient care, but also includes physician practices and a multitude of ambulatory services located throughout our region. Combined with our partnership with the University of Maryland Medical Center, one of the nation’s oldest academic medical centers, our specialized clinical programs are supported by expert physicians and cutting-edge medicine.
