The Center for Neonatal Transitional Care (CNTC)
CNTC serves pre-term infants who no longer need to be in a NICU, yet continue to need a medically supportive environment to ensure their growth, feeding, and readiness to go home. We provide comprehensive care for infants with pulmonary disease and other complications of prematurity and neonatal abstinence syndrome.
Pediatric Complex Care Program
The Pediatric Complex Care Program offers treatment for respiratory diseases, complex nutritional and feeding needs, genetic disorders, cardiac care, and other chronic conditions including supportive rehabilitation therapies. In addition, we provide antibiotic IV therapy and patient/family education for inpatients who will face issues and challenges after transitioning back to home, school, and everyday life.
