Timothy Joseph, MD, is currently taking new patients
LA PLATA, Md. (September 23, 2024) –– University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, a member organization of the University of Maryland Medical System, announces the addition of internal medicine specialist Timothy Joseph, MD, to its Primary Care practice. Dr. Joseph recently began seeing patients at the La Plata location.
Dr. Joseph is dedicated to addressing the unique health needs of each patient while promoting preventive care. His experience includes working closely with patients to manage chronic conditions and prevent illness as well as conducting clinical research that has been published in leading medical journals.

Dr. Joseph earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Ross University School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital/USF Morsani College of Medicine. During his residency, he served as class representative and was an active member of the Stroke and Residency Wellness committees, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Dr. Joseph can communicate in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi, allowing him to effectively communicate with and serve a more diverse patient population.
