Not all Wounds are Visible
Mental health and wellness are as important to healthy living as is one's physical health. Mental health can greatly impact physical health and vice versa. Not All Wounds Are Visible is a community conversation series focused on mental wellness and behavioral health, including depression and anxiety, substance abuse, the potential long-term impacts of negative experiences in childhood, and trauma. This series creates discussions between health care professionals and community members about developing, sustaining, and re-gaining mental wellness and balance.
