Donna Stubbs is a family nurse practitioner. She sees patients for acute (sudden, often temporary) and chronic (long-lasting) urological conditions including:

• Kidney issues (such as kidney stones)
• Urinary tract infections
• Urinary retention (bladder doesn't empty completely or at all)
• Prostate problems (such as prostate cancer and an enlarged prostate) 

Stubbs says her goal for patients is to help them improve their quality of life.

"A lot of people have urological conditions, such as frequent urinary tract infections and kidney stones, that affect their quality of life. Any way that I can empower them and help them improve their condition is very fulfilling," she says.
