About Me
Dr. Poudyal earned his medical degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China and served his internal medicine internship and residency at Morristown Medical Center’s Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Morristown, New Jersey. He is currently completing a hematology and oncology Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.
Prior to joining Upper Chesapeake Hematology Oncology, Dr. Poudyal was a hospitalist at Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania. Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Poudyal has authored several peer-reviewed articles and presented on various cancer-related topics, most recently on COVID19 vaccine status in cancer patients. He has served as a volunteer physician in several rural health camps
in Nepal.
