Dr. Bultman is a board-certified family medicine physician who is passionate about providing comprehensive care for every family member, from newborns to grandparents.

Dr. Bultman is program director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at UM Capital Region Health and sees patients at UM Capital Region Health in New Carrollton.
