Jared Wayne Reaves, MD, FAAPMR

Dr. Jared Reaves is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation (sometimes called a physiatrist). He applies his lifelong love of movement, function, performance and athletics to help patients overcome medical barriers resulting from physical impairment.

Dr. Reaves is committed to helping each patient find their highest level of function. He uses advanced treatment methods, such as muscle chemodenervation, trigger point injections, joint injections, to help patients with a wide range of conditions, including:

• Acquired brain injury
• Limb amputation
• Spinal cord injury
• Stroke
• Degenerative joint disease
• Function- and mobility-related issues after chronic illness
• Spasticity

His clinical interests are in power mobility devices, prosthetics, personalized rehabilitation, performance medicine, and treating and managing nonoperative musculoskeletal injury. His personal interests include strength training, rock climbing, dog training, music and percussion.
