Jessica Carpenter, MD

Jessica L Carpenter, MD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Neurology at the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC). She also serves as a staff clinician for GEB-SDGE at the NIMH.

Her clinical and research interests are broad and include pediatric neurocritical care, pediatric stroke, epilepsy and neurodiagnostics. She is also a researcher of mental health disorders with a focus on neuroimaging and neurophysiology.
