About Me
Dr. Hung is a developmental behavioral pediatrician. She specializes in the evaluation and management of autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual disabilities, specific learning disorders and anxiety disorders.
"I believe that behaviors are complex. Our world is complex. And in life, children can have difficulty expressing what they want or need. Emotional regulation can be challenging," Dr. Hung says. "Sometimes, we just need to give our children the tools to better manage their feelings, make better choices, and better express themselves."
After completing medical school, Dr. Hung did her pediatric internship at University Hospitals, which is based in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her pediatric residency at MetroHealth and her developmental behavioral pediatric fellowship at Akron Children's Hospital (Akron, Ohio).
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Hung is involved in teaching pediatric residents and medical students about the field of developmental behavioral pediatrics.
