About Me
Dr. Zilliox is a neurologist. She specializes in the care of patients with conditions such as amyloid neuropathy, ALS, autoimmune neuropathy, motor neuron disease, myasthenia gravis, myopathy, myositis and peripheral neuropathy. She is trained in various neuromuscular procedures, including EMG (nerve conduction and electromyography) and autonomic function testing.
Dr. Zilliox is an associate professor of neurology and interim division director of the neuromuscular division at University of Maryland School of Medicine. She has a special interest in peripheral and autonomic neuropathy. Her subspecialty is autonomic disorders.
Dr. Zilliox has been involved in clinical research studies pertaining to ALS, diabetic neuropathy and myasthenia gravis.
