Marc C. Hochberg, MD

Dr. Hochberg is an internationally recognized expert on arthritis and related rheumatic disease, especially in the area of osteoarthritis. He is a professor of medicine and epidemiology and public health and head of the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

He received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he also completed both a residency and fellowship in connective tissue diseases.

Dr. Hochberg's areas of special interest include osteoarthritis. He only sees patients in the University Health Center Arthritis Clinic where he supervised postdoctoral fellows.
