About Me

A Harvard-trained surgeon, Dr. Thomas specializes in plastic and hand surgery as part of the care team at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He is experienced in skin cancer removal, aesthetic surgery, breast reconstruction after cancer, repairing hand and wrist injuries, fracture repair, and endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, among other procedures.

After graduating from medical school, Dr. Thomas was accepted into the selective Harvard Plastic Surgery training program. He spent the next seven years training in Boston, Massachusetts, with leaders in both plastic and orthopedic surgery. Among the numerous awards and honors he has earned is the Regan Fellowship, which afforded him the opportunity to join the life-changing work of Operation Smile. He also has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Dr. Thomas lives in Harford County, Maryland, with his wife and their three children.
