About Me
An ophthalmologist, Dr. Saeedi specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of both adult and pediatric glaucomas. He has experience with all forms of glaucoma surgery, including endocyclophotocoagulation (ECP), iStent, trabeculectomy and tube shunt surgery.
Dr. Saeedi is active both as a clinician and a clinician-scientist. He is the principal investigator for clinical trials aimed at early diagnosis of glaucoma.
Dr. Saeedi completed both medical school and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He completed his glaucoma fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University. He completed a Masters of Science degree in epidemiology and clinical research.
Dr. Saeedi is proficient in medical Spanish, Hindi and Urdu.
