Penny L. Brown, MD

Dr. Brown has been practicing general obstetrics and gynecology for more than 20 years. She is passionate about treating disorders of the female reproductive system and caring for pregnant women. Her clinical interests include management of contraception; birth control; sexually transmitted diseases; human papillomavirus (HPV); cervical dysplasia; abnormal uterine bleeding; fibroids; menopause management; and obstetrical, prenatal and postpartum care. She always strives to deliver outstanding, compassionate medical care to her patients.

Dr. Brown attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine, graduating in 1994. When she isn't helping patients, she enjoys spending time with family, doing yoga, paddle boarding and boating.
