Erika Marie Ragan, CRNP

Erika Ragan, a primary care nurse practitioner at Towson Medical Associates, specializes in comprehensive adult internal medicine. She enjoys internal medicine because she gets to build long-standing relationships with her patients.

Her treatment philosophy is "If you do not make time for your health, you will be forced to make time for your illness."

Nurse practitioner Erika Ragan started her career working as a critical care registered nurse (RN) in Tallahassee, FL. After moving to Maryland in 2008, she worked as a critical care RN in the cardiac surgery ICU at UM St. Joseph for more than 10 years. She also served as the Nurse Manager of the UM St. Joseph Cardiac Surgery unit, before beginning her career as a nurse practitioner.

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, husband and dogs, as well as traveling, exercising, gardening and reading.
