Keri Brooke Tucker, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP BC

Keri Tucker is a palliative medicine nurse practitioner. She has served as a registered nurse at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton for more than a decade.

Tucker is committed to helping patients and their families gain a better understanding of the patient's chronic illness so that they can make informed decisions about the plan of care that align with their goals and beliefs. Her goal is to give patients and families the extra support they need to cope with the stressors related to their illness and manage their symptoms.

Tucker is a native of Talbot County, Maryland. After completing her master's degree and certifications to become a nurse practitioner, she knew she wanted to remain in her community to focus on improving the health and well-being of patients with chronic or serious illnesses.
