Kimberly Brown-Gross, CRNP

Kimberly Brown-Gross is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is a part of the care team at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Group – Behavioral Health.

Brown-Gross is passionate about providing collaborative, supportive mental health services to her patients. As a part of the Behavioral Health care team, she performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management services for patients ages 6 and older. She focuses on a personalized care approach, going above and beyond to offer her patients support and guidance during challenging situations. She looks forward to helping patients achieve their goals.

Brown-Gross has over 20 years of experience as a nurse. She has held several leadership positions, including nurse director at a local hospital. She received the Nurse of the Year award in 2009, the Chief Nursing Officer award in 2021 and the Nurse Leader of the Year award in May 2022.
