Marielle Gibbons DeStefano, MS, PA C

Marielle DeStefano is an orthopedic physician assistant. She sees patients in the office and hospital for consultations and post-surgical follow-up care.

DeStefano finds her role in patient care to be fascinating and rewarding. She enjoys treating fractures and guiding patients through fracture or post-surgical recovery. Her favorite part of her job is assisting in the operating room. She is involved with the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center advanced practice provider (APP) council and served as the surgical APP representative to the council.

In her free time away from patient care, DeStefano enjoys weightlifting and hiking.
