About Me
A physician assistant, Matthew Arnold specializes in spinal procedures including:
- Blood patches (a procedure commonly done to treat a spinal headache, an intense headache that can result from a spinal tap/lumbar puncture)
- Epidural steroid injections (a form of pain treatment)
- Lumbar puncture (or spinal tap, a diagnostic procedure)
- Spinal biopsies (done to look for tumors, infections or other spinal disorders)
Arnold also assists with endovascular (minimally invasive, as in smaller incisions/cuts and potentially faster recovery) procedures of the brain and spine. He uses state-of-the-art techniques while building a rapport with his patients. "When patients come to see me, they can expect kindness, honesty and compassionate care," he says.
In his free time, Arnold enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.
