About Me
Dr. Randy Chang is a licensed psychologist and has been providing mental health services to children and families for the bulk of his clinical career and has been with the Care Clinic since 2008. He specializes in delivering trauma-based therapeutic and assessment services to children and families affected by child maltreatment (i.e., physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, exposure to domestic violence).
Dr. Chang earned his doctorate in clinical psychology at Pacific University. His graduate education and training was geared towards specialized work with children and families. This included an internship at Monterey County Children’s Behavioral Health (in Salinas, CA) and a postdoctoral psychology residency at the University of Maryland Care Clinic.
Dr. Chang’s clinical training and practice has included sites spanning the United States, including sites in Oregon, California, Georgia, and Maryland.
