Costs and Pricing
UM Urgent Care is committed to making the cost of urgent care as transparent as possible, whether you have insurance or not.
Please note that co-pays and other fees are collected at check-in, so be prepared to pay those when you arrive. We do not accept cash but do accept all forms of debit cards, credit cards and personal checks.
Paying for Urgent Care With Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans. Check here to see if we accept your insurance before you visit us, or call to verify. (Note that the accepted insurances listed should only be used as a guide, as these are subject to change.)
If you plan to use your health insurance plan to pay for your urgent care visit, you need to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card.
If you have specific questions regarding your in-network coverage and plan benefits, including how much your visit will cost, please contact your insurance company.
Urgent Care Costs Without Insurance
We understand the last thing you want to worry about when you're not feeling well is the price of an urgent care visit. That's why we offer affordable self-pay pricing for those paying without insurance.
While payment is expected at the time of services, occasionally patients will be billed later for services. If you receive a bill, you may pay it using our online payment portal.
Your provider will recommend what services you need when he or she is diagnosing and treating your illness or injury.
Simple Payment Options for Urgent Care
We developed three levels of Simple Payment Options for our patients who wish to be self-pay instead of using insurance, each with a fixed fee. These Simple Payment Options give you peace of mind knowing that you are going to receive high-quality health care at affordable prices and will not be surprised with any future bills.
