  • All centers are open seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. Centers are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • You can be seen via telehealth appointment seven days a week from 8 am to 4 pm. 
  • Co-pays are due at the time of service. We are cashless and accept all forms of debit cards, credit cards and personal checks.
  • You can check if your insurance plan is accepted before visiting us. 
  • Walk-ins are welcome - or you can save time and reserve your spot in line. If no times are available, this means all online reservations have been booked, but you can still walk in.
