Patient attending telemedicine appointment

Telemedicine appointments let you meet with a doctor from the safety and comfort of your home.

We see patients via telehealth for many illnesses and injuries – see below for the full list.

Telehealth Hours

7 days a week: 8 am to 4 pm.

At this time, Aetna is no longer paying for telehealth visits.

Making a Telehealth Appointment

To be eligible for urgent care telehealth, the patient must be:

  • Physically within the state of Maryland at the time of your telemedicine visit
  • Able to connect to both video and audio to communicate with an urgent care provider
  • At least five years old

When making an appointment, have your driver's license and insurance card available for uploading. Appointments will only be valid when you complete the e-registration process.
