UM Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute employs over one hundred therapists throughout its network of facilities to treat patients on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. All patients admitted to UM Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute receive 24 hours of care by registered nurses who specialize in the rehabilitation process. Patients are seen 5-7 days per week by our staff physicians who are board-certified in various fields of rehabilitation medicine, and there is always a physician (Hospitalist) in house 24 hours/7 days a week.
