Temporary Closure of Access Point at the Aging & Wellness Center at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown

Dear Valued Patients and Visitors,

Starting Monday, September 23, 2024, the main entryway to the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Pediatrics and Women’s Health clinics on the first floor of UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown’s Aging & Wellness Center (Medical Office Building), 100 Brown Street, will be temporarily closed. This closure will last for about two weeks as we work to widen the entrance to better meet our community’s needs.

During this time, two alternative routes will be available: the stairs and an elevator through the main hospital. We understand the elevator has limited capacity, and we are here to assist you. We encourage you to arrive early for your appointment. If you have any concerns or require special accommodations, please contact your practice before your visit or notify the reception desk in the main lobby when you arrive.
