UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown Hosts Student Art Reception, Exhibit

University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, in partnership with the Kent Cultural Alliance and Kent County public and private schools, recently hosted an art reception in the hospital's Aging & Wellness Center to showcase a new exhibit of student artwork from the local community.

UM Shore Regional Health Welcomes Abbie Morgan to UM Shore Medical Group - Gastroenterology

UM Shore Medical Group – Gastroenterology recently welcomed Abbie Morgan, DNP FNP-C, as a nurse practitioner. Morgan has experience in Intensive Care Unit and Acute Care nursing at University of Maryland Medical Center, the University of Maryland Medical Systems' flagship academic hospital in Baltimore, as well as clinical experience in multiple specialty practices, including gastroenterology.

UM Shore Regional Health’s Senior Leadership team recently hosted post-COVID luncheons for team members in each of the five counties UM SRH serves — Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Talbot and Queen Anne’s — to celebrate the World Health Organization declaring an end to the COVID-19 public health emergency earlier this year and to honor all team members who served during the pandemic as “caregivers.”
