Toni Shivery has been with UM Upper Chesapeake Health since 1995, and has more than 30 years in Human Resources. She has a Bachelor of Science in psychology, a Master of Science degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and she is certified as a senior professional in human resources.

Taking on the role of Vice President, Human Resources in 2003, Toni oversees all aspects of the human resources function, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, team member relations and leadership development. She also manages several departments, including Volunteer Services, Occupational Health, and Spiritual Care.
