Community Outreach and Health Improvement is dedicated not only to your good health, but to promoting health and wellness outside of the hospital and to increasing the quality of life in our local communities. Focusing on prevention and improving health outcomes, our team of professionals provides an expansive variety of health education, screenings, lifestyle management classes and information on referrals and local resources.
In support of our vision to create the healthiest community in Maryland, the programs offered by Community Outreach are either free or provided at a nominal charge.
