Our caring team of experienced specialists and nurses will guide you through your lung cancer treatment journey, from screening to diagnosis to surgery or therapy. Your services will be close to home at our comfortable Kaufman Cancer Center in Bel Air.
When you need a diagnosis, our interventional pulmonology team can screen and evaluate lung issues using advanced technologies that make procedures less invasive and safer than traditional approaches. We provide real-time samplings of abnormalities to get you answers quickly.
Our Multidisciplinary Lung Cancer Clinic takes a team approach to treatment. You’ll meet with the surgeon, radiation oncologist, medical oncologist who review your case together to offer expert recommendations. Our oncology nurse navigator will guide you through each phase of treatment, helping coordinate all appointments and resources. You’ll be able to meet with all your specialists in one visit.
You’ll connect with our support services, including a social worker, dietitian and wellness classes.

Issues like coughing, chest pain, shortness of breath and bloody saliva or phlegm are symptoms of lung cancer as well as other non-cancerous lung diseases. You can visit us for any of these concerns and we'll help you get the care you need, either with our lung cancer team or our pulmonary specialists.
Diagnosis tests for lung issues include bronchoscopy (a thin, lighted tube to examine the inside of your lungs), ultrasound, CT scan and biopsy.
