University of Maryland Transport Services

This highly-trained express transport service is for patients who may require a higher level of critical care than the emergency departments at UM Upper Chesapeake Health can provide alone. Transport services are available from both of our hospitals to critical care centers such as the University of Maryland Medical Center or another acute care hospital either by ground or air ambulance.

The transport services team consists of exceptionally qualified critical care transport nurses, paramedics and EMTs.
