Family Birthplace at UM Upper Chesapeake Medical Center Bel Air

The Dresher Family Birthplace offers medical care and support services that make your childbirth experience and transition to parenthood as smooth as possible. With a skilled and compassionate care team that includes physicians and nurses, we help you at every stage of your labor and delivery all the way through to caring for your new baby. 

We are located at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Harford County. When turning into our campus from West MacPhail Road, pass the hospital’s main entrance and look for the Family Birthplace sign, which will be on the right. We encourage patients and visitors to use the Family Birthplace entrance rather than the hospital’s main entrance because there is a special check-in at the birthplace.
