Nicole Wright

Nicole is an exceptional nurse. I knew within 5 minutes of her entering the room, that she was special. She took care of my daughter, in July 2021. Nicole not only was pleasant, but was super attentive not only to my daughter, but to myself and my sister who stayed in the room with Kathryn. Between my sister and myself, we had many questions, and Nicole answered all questions willingly and took her time in explaining information to us in an easy to understand manner. We asked for supplies at times and she always went and got what we asked for. She went out of her way to tell us some things, like how to use dental swabs. She was never in a hurry (like some others) and took her time with us. She spoke very clearly and her nursing education shown through. She made the hospital experience the best it could be. My daughter was (is) seriously ill with ALS and Nicole took very good care of her.
