Who We Are

At the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC), we ask patients and their families to actively take part in their care.

To help us support patients and their families and improve our care, we created the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). This council is an opportunity for patients and their families to team up with doctors, nurses, and staff to make the care we give even better.

Each quarter we spotlight helpful resources for patients and share how the PFAC and UMGCCC teams are making an impact. Read our first quarter 2025 issue.
