For the first time in 200 years, the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC), the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMSOM) and University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, Inc. (UM FPI) are joining forces to build an integrated academic health care system.
Our shared strategic plan, Transforming Academic Health Care, is the first step to capitalizing on our individual strengths and embracing new ways to organize and deliver clinical care, research and education.
