Our Shared Goals and Strategies

The plan includes four goals to address the most persistent issues in academic health care. Our strategies will set the course for achieving those goals and establish measures of success by which we will assess our progress.

How We Will Achieve Our Goals

The only way we will achieve our goals is together. 

Our strategies are ambitious and complex, and they will require the individual contributions of team members at all levels, our community allies and academic partners. 

Each organization will incorporate the strategic plan’s objectives and milestones into their annual operating plan to create clear actions that will move the plan forward. Importantly, in addition to metrics, milestones and reports, we commit to sharing in plain language how this plan is affecting each of our stakeholders.
