Vascular Disease
The University of Maryland Heart and Vascular Center has one of the top vascular surgery programs in the region with physicians who are unmatched at diagnosing and treating all aspects of vascular disease.
From varicose veins to peripheral arterial disease to aortic aneurysm repairs, the vascular team is skilled at using the latest techniques in screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care to tackle a range of vascular conditions.
They also work with physicians in different disciplines, like cardiology, cardiac surgery and neurosurgery, to develop a comprehensive plan to treat underlying issues.
With every patient we strive for quality outcomes, positive patient experience, and a quick recovery whenever possible.
Telemedicine Services
The UM Heart and Vascular Center team is still seeing patients with urgent or emergent conditions. For all non-urgent medical concerns, virtual appointments are now available for all vascular disease services. We strongly encourage patients to schedule video and/or phone consults for appointments. Please call 410-328-5840 to find out if telehealth is available for your next visit.
