The primary mission of Vascular Acute Care Surgery (VACS) is to provide timely, high-quality care for urgent/emergent vascular surgery patients.
Our multi-disciplinary team, led by highly-skilled vascular surgeons, incorporates the latest open and endovascular technologies to solve the most complex problems.
We have a dedicated team of surgeons, physicians and physician extenders available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide care for acutely-ill vascular patients.
For urgent patient referrals or transfers to the University of Maryland Medical Center, call Maryland ExpressCare at 410-328-1234. Download the UMMC MD Referral App.
