Sports Pre-Registration Physical Exams
Registers in advance for $30 physicals or $35 for walk-ins, cash or credit. Please bring contacts, eyeglasses and clearance forms. Forms will be filled out by our UM Orthopedics team – the official medical provider for the Terps, UMBC Retrievers and Howard County Public Schools.
Registration is required. Physicals are $30, cash or credit. Held at our Columbia location on August 3 and 10, as well as our Hunt Valley location on August 11, from 9 am to 12 pm at both locations.
