University of Maryland Medical Center occupational therapists develop rehabilitation plans that restore hand and arm function and promote the return to independent living. Our team includes certified hand therapists.

Focusing on daily activities like using kitchen appliances or combing your hair, the OT program works to improve movement and dexterity for increased physical abilities at home and work.

We also make custom splints for each patient to maximize its effectiveness and comfort.
