Baltimore magazine is honoring University of Maryland Medical Center oncology nurse Melissa Lay, BSN, RN, OCN, in its fourth annual "Excellence in Nursing" issue.
Baltimore editors asked readers to submit nominations and recruited an expert panel of nurse leaders from the region to select honorees. The magazine, out May 2018, recognizes 50 top nurses across 21 specialties.
