Sponsored by the Commitment to Excellence (C2X) Employee Engagement Team, the Great Stories program recognizes team members and/or departments who have contributed to positive patient outcomes.

Stories submitted to our team are reviewed to ensure that the care administered was appropriate and the top three stories are selected for recognition.

All team members involved receive a certificate and formal recognition from leadership during our award ceremony, held in February, June, and October.
