MedHub
MedHub is a web-based and secure evaluation tool customized for each residency and fellowship program. It can be accessed at: umm.medhub.com
This software allows residents and faculty to complete their evaluations on-line and confidentially.
It is also used to log work hours and procedures (if required by your program).
Program Directors and residency coordinators can monitor their program compliance to ACGME requirements anywhere and anytime.
Select the links below to reference the QuickStart Guide and the process for logging duty hours and vacation/sick time.
**PLEASE NOTE- YOU ARE ABLE TO LOG WORK HOURS ON A ROLLING 2 WEEK BASIS. AT ANY GIVEN TIME, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE CURRENT WEEK AND THE PREVIOUS WEEK'S WORK HOURS. EACH SUNDAY, YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO ONE WEEK AND GAIN ACCESS TO THE NEXT WEEK. ONCE YOU LOSE ACCESS TO THE WEEK, THE SYSTEM IS LOCKED AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOG THOSE MISSED WORK HOURS.
