• FY26 Contract - Only GME recognized programs (ACGME and Non-ACGME) whose trainees are credentialed as residents/fellows and are on UMMS payroll should execute this contract. Those joining Medical Physics, Pediatric Dentistry, Psychology, Pharmacy, or those not on UMMS payroll, please contact your program for the appropriate contract.

Please return the complete signed 14-page contract in a single pdf to your program coordinator. The contract should be physically signed or signed with an electronic signature using DocuSign®. A typed signature will not be accepted.
