Eligibility

  • Apply through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP)
  • Complete ERAS Common Application Form/Official USMLE Transcript
  • Must have completed student clerkships in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Psychiatry and OB/GYN in an inpatient setting prior to matriculation
  • Letters of reference from the dean of your medical school (MSPE) and three faculty members, dated within the past two years
    • It is preferred that at least two letters are from Family Medicine physicians
  • Successful completion of USMLE Steps I and II CK (or COMLEX equivalent) prior to ranking deadline
  • ECFMG Certificate (must be valid indefinitely), if applicable
  • Must be J-1 Visa Eligible
  • Minimum of three months of U.S., U.K. or Canada-based clinical experience within the past three years
  • Must have completed medical school within the last three years
  • Strong interest in Family Medicine expressed through application

Preference Criteria

  • No more than 2 attempts on any USMLE Step examination

Additional Information

We interview for ten residency positions. We accept International and Foreign Medical Graduates.

Applicants granted interviews will be notified by the residency coordinator.

Monday interview sessions begin at 8 am and end at approximately 1 pm. Friday interview sessions begin at 11:30 am and end at approximately 4:15 pm. All times are EST.

For the 2024-25 interview season, all interviews will be held remotely. We will host in-person and virtual second look days after program ranking is completed.
