Seemant Chaturvedi, MD, Stewart J. Greenebaum Endowed Professor of Stroke Neurology and Director of the University of Maryland Medical System's stroke program and Prachi Mehndiratta, MBBS, FAHA, Associate Professor of Neurology at University of Maryland School of Medicine, co-presented Grand Rounds on the topic, “New Avenues in Stroke Prevention for Women” on September 20, 2023. 

Dr. Chaturvedi and Mehndiratta discuss the differences in atrial fibrillation (AF) treatment by sex, screening for AF, and sex differences in carotid stenosis.
