The Cancer Program at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health

The Cancer Program at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is the only comprehensive cancer care program serving residents of Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties. Patients treated at the Cancer Center benefit from a team approach that includes professionals in oncology/hematology, radiology, radiation oncology, pathology, nursing, nutrition, rehabilitation and social work. Each patient receives a comprehensive treatment plan and access to numerous support services throughout their cancer journey, from diagnosis to survivorship.

Facilities located in the Cancer Center include the Lenny Satchell Chemotherapy Suite, the Requard Radiation Center, the Pat Shortall Wig Room, and offices and meeting spaces for patients and providers, including oncology social work and clinical trials professionals. The Center also is conveniently located adjacent to the Clark Comprehensive Breast Center and the Diagnostic and Imaging Center.
